Paul Mathew Vineyards and tasting room are situated near Bodega Bay on Sonoma County’s Pacific coast. Founded in 1990 by husband & wife, Lynn and Anisya Fritz, the Lynmar Estate is a winery built for visitors to enjoy great wines and good food. Ted Lemmon, the owner of Littorai, was the first American winemaker to work at Domaine Roulot, one of the biggest wineries in Burgundy. After his stint in Burgundy, Lemmon came back to the states and established the Littorai in 1993. The catalog of wines offered at the Littorai is heavily inspired by French wines in their elegance and subtlety. Visitors recommend taking part in the vertical tasting sessions to have a fully immersive experience.
